What kind of paper are your bookmarks printed on?
We use white 110 lb. card stock.
What kind of lamination do you use?
We use a cold roll laminator that laminates both sides of the bookmarks. Cold roll lamination prevents the curling that heated lamination often causes. Also, your bookmarks won't separate and peel apart like bookmarks done on a UV coated material but without the laminating.
Can we have one of our own photos added to the bookmarks?
Sure. Just send us your photo and we'll create custom bookmarks with the photo on them. This is a lovely option especially for our memorial bookmarks. And there is no extra charge for adding your own photos.
Can we get printing on the reverse side of the bookmarks?
Yes, absolutely. And there's no extra charge for printing on the backs of the bookmarks.
Our event has a website. Can we get bookmarks designed to match the theme of the event or website?
Sure! Simply give us the website address and we'll pop over and draft something up based on your website logo and information. And there is no additional charge for this either.
What shipping services do you mainly use?
We use USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.95 per order.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we do! We may have to invoice you for additional postage depending on where you are located and how quickly you need your order. The best way to ship is through the USPS International Priority mail so it can be tracked.
If we use First Class Mail, there's no guarantee you'll receive your order on time and no way to track it if it gets lost. Simply drop us a line to get a shipping estimate based on your postal code before you place your order.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still pay with a credit card?
Yes. When you get to the payment method screen, instead of signing in to PayPal, simply check that you want to use another payment method and use your credit card. At this time, we are not able to accept credit cards over the phone. We are only able to accept credit cards through the PayPal system.
I don't have a PayPal account or a credit card. What other ways can I pay for my order?
We also accept cashier's checks and money orders.
Can we get memorial bookmarks in enough time for a funeral service?
Funerals often take place within three to four days of a person's passing. If you live within the United States and you're ordering 100 bookmarks or less, we may be able to expedite them and ship them overnight, however for this, we would have to invoice you for the additional shipping.
For memorial services, there is usually a lot more time to plan the service since memorials usually take place some time after a person's cremation so timing isn't as crucial.
